Find Your Member Number

Step 1. Look up your Homenetmen member number below. Enter your name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your official ID (driver's license, passport, or birth certificate).

Need to add a family member, or use your ID on another device?

Adding more IDs on the same device
Once you've installed the app, you can add IDs for family members from it:

  1. Open the first ID you set up.
  2. Tap the photo to add or switch between IDs.
  3. When adding a new ID, enter that member's Member ID and verify with the email address on file — just as you did for your first ID.

Using your ID on another device
Open id.homenetmen.net directly on the other device, install it the same way (Add to Home Screen), and add your Member ID as usual. If you received a setup email, you can instead forward that email to the other device and open the link there.
