In order to become an official coach on your team’s roster, you must do the following:

1. Become a non-member on homenetmen.net. Create a profile and be prepared to submit a copy of valid ID (birth certificate, passport, or drivers license) and a headshot.

2. (new requirement for ALL coaches in 2024) Download the Live Scan form by clicking on the button below. Fill out the Applicant Information section only. Print the completed form and take it with you to A1 Live Scan Notary Shipping (9250 Reseda Blvd #16, Northridge, CA 91324). Mention that you’re a Homenetmen Massis coach and you won’t be charged!

3. (new requirement for ALL coaches in 2024) Complete mandatory child abuse training at https://mandatedreporterca.com/ or by clicking on the button below. Note: choose child abuse training under the volunteer category. After completion of the training, email the certificate to rubina.djansezian@homenetmen.org and be sure to include your full legal name and chapter (Massis) in the email.

4. (basketball coaches only) Visit USA Basketball and complete the training course. After completion of the course, email the training certificate to athletics@massis.org.
