Homenetmen “Massis” Scouts - “Always prepared” Moral values, responsibility, leadership, are the core values instilled in every Homenetmen Massis scout. As a result our scouts are hardworking, kind, responsible, and disciplined, but most of all as a member of the Homenetmen family, each of its scouts develop a strong sense of duty towards the Armenian nation. The Homenetmen Scouting division consists of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. The Cub Scouts consist of 6 to 11 years old children and the Boys and Girls Scouts consist of children over the age of 11. Our scouting division is chartered by the San Fernando Valley Council of Boy Scouts of America and works closely with them to ensure that our scouts not only meet the needs of the Armenian Community but to also become contributing members of their local communities. Scouts meet every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Ferrahian North Hills Campus where they participate in routine troop activities coordinated by experienced staff for both boys and girls. The San Fernando Valley Massis Chapter Scouting Division works to educate and enrich its members with activities that include:
